What The Role May Involve

Animal Care Responsibilities
Some roles may involve working around live animals, live food, enclosures or specialist animal care products.
Team members must follow store procedures and take animal welfare seriously.
This may include:
- Safe handling practices
- Clean work areas
- Correct feeding procedures
- Proper enclosure maintenance
- Monitoring animal condition
- Reporting concerns quickly
- Following care instructions
- Supporting customers with responsible ownership
